Nachos are somewhat sacred around here. They’re a fool-proof dinner that really amounts to taking everything from your fridge and dumping it on a tray of tortilla chips. Really, what’s not to love?
But – that’s all about to change – the tortilla chip part, that is!
If you’ve never tried matzo before then this is a great introduction!
(Really, truth be told, when in doubt at our house, add cheese. Works almost every time. )
Passover has passed on by and we’re clearing out the last of the matzo stash from the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
